Every other week, in person, three hours. A practice, an honest conversation, and no pressure to talk before you're ready.
Hearts on Fire
Most men were taught how to think, solve, provide and keep moving. Far fewer were taught how to slow down, feel what is happening inside, and let other men see it.
Hearts on Fire is a year of doing that together. You join a circle of 6 to 12 men and meet every other week. You learn to breathe, slow down and say what's true. It isn't therapy. It's training and practice alongside other men.

How it works
Each Circle Night has a practice and honest conversation. You never have to talk before you're ready.
The year follows the seasons. Every few weeks brings a new theme, from courage and anger in spring to partnership and purpose in fall. Four times a year all the circles gather, ending with a campout in the desert.
Every man starts with the same foundation: a self-guided online course in breath, meditation and body awareness, with your circle leader checking in along the way.
